Amid her long-standing feud with Swara Bhasker, Kangana Ranaut reveals if she is willing to work with her 'Tanu Weds Manu' co-star again: 'Even if I don't like...'
Kangana Ranaut and Swara Bhasker have been in a feud for over five years, but Kangana seems ready to focus on work. She has said she’s open to collaborating with Swara again despite their personal differences.
In a chat with Shubhankar Mishra on his YouTube podcast, Kangana spoke about her feud with Swara. When asked if she could work with people who have different ideologies, Kangana explained that she has no issues collaborating with such individuals. She emphasized that personal opinions don't affect her professionalism or judgment.
The actress shared her openness to working again with her Tanu Weds Manu co-star Swara when questioned about the chances of future collaboration.

Kangana further expressed that working with Swara again wouldn’t be an issue, noting that their differing ideologies were present even during their previous collaboration. She mentioned Swara often discussed communism and socialism on set but emphasized that she doesn’t judge actors or people based on their interviews, a privilege she associates with leftists.

Swara Bhasker and Kangana Ranaut have collaborated on two films, Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015). Their feud began in 2020 when Kangana referred to Swara and Taapsee Pannu as 'B-grade actresses' on Twitter. In a 2021 interview, Kangana accused the two, both industry 'outsiders,' of denying nepotism in Bollywood to please Karan Johar, claiming they still struggle to get work. Swara sarcastically called Kangana’s remark a 'compliment' on Twitter. Their online exchanges continued, ending on a lighter note with Swara telling Kangana she loves her.
Last year, Swara responded to reports of Kangana being slapped by a CISF constable at the Chandigarh airport. While she said the incident was wrong, she emphasized the need to focus on the country’s larger issues.
