Here’s a look at their monumental role in the latest release.
The Bloodline and Roman Reigns Take Center Stage in WWE 2K25 Cover Reveal
The Bloodline and Roman Reigns play a significant role in "WWE 2k25," and Paul Heyman AKA the Wise Man, wouldn't have it any other way.
Roman Reigns is shown on the standard edition cover, with Heyman watching from the ringside, as was made public today. Members of Reigns' and Solo Sikoa's Bloodline factions, such as Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Heyman, Sami Zayn, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa, are seen on the Bloodline Edition cover. They are all linked by the Bloodline family.
“It’s truly a reaffirming moment for The Bloodline and the members within The Bloodline that Roman Reigns and I are on the
cover of this video game,” Heyman said in an
interview with Variety. “It’s a mainstream acknowledgement of the contributions to the entire sports entertainment industry by the Tribal Chief and his Wiseman. It’s a huge step into the mainstream. It’s an encapsulation of this moment in time in which the disruption of the entire industry by Roman Reigns is hereby acknowledged.”

Heyman’s words reinforce just how deeply The Bloodline has shaped WWE’s modern era, both in the ring and beyond. Their presence on the cover of WWE 2K25 isn’t just about star power—it’s a testament to their dominance and influence over the industry. With this latest milestone, The Bloodline continues to cement its legacy in sports entertainment.
The Bloodline’s Influence Expands in WWE 2K25 with Interactive Features and Special 2K Showcase
However, the influence of The Bloodline extends beyond the covers. What has been termed The Island is also included in the game's PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. In order to get a WWE contract by impressing "The Original Tribal Chief" Roman Reigns and maybe earning a place in The Bloodline, players can explore and challenge others, finish missions and challenges, compete in live events, and more in this interactive mode.
Additionally,
WWE 2K25’s special 2K Showcase is all about The Bloodline Dynasty. Hosted by Paul Heyman himself, this mode shines a spotlight on The Bloodline and the legendary Anoa’i family. Players will get to step into the ring as Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Yokozuna, and more, reliving their biggest moments in wrestling history. Whether you want to recreate iconic matches or shake things up by changing the outcome, this Showcase lets you experience the family’s lasting impact on the industry firsthand.
Heyman says that, as "a fat bald Jewish kid from the Bronx," he would be the last person one would imagine to host a video game. The fact that Heyman is hosting The Bloodline Dynasty really shows the kind of bond WWE shares with its audience. It’s all about the fans embracing the wisdom passed down by "The Wiseman" himself.
Paul Heyman on WWE 2K25, Industry Disruption, and Raw’s Move to Netflix
Heyman didn’t shy away from emphasizing his significance in the gaming industry and his aspirations for even greater recognition. With his signature blend of confidence and wit, he highlighted the impact of WWE 2K25 and his role in shaping its success.
“I would hope it’s even bigger than that. I hope that you are dramatically understating my impact on the video game world, the disruption within, and the billions of dollars in stock options that I hope to be offered by both TKO and TTWO, which is the parent company of 2k Sports.” Said Heyman
When asked about "Monday Night Raw" recently moving to Netflix, he certainly had a response ready to go.
“We’re no longer a boutique industry,” he said. “We’re not on the fringe. We’re driving pop culture now, and with the fact that Roman Reigns is the undisputed top box office attraction, the number one star in the entire industry, and his Wiseman, are driving these cultural phenomenon, I would suggest the youth of this world is in very good hands right now.”
The WWE 2K25 "Deadman Edition" and "Bloodline Edition" are set for global release on March 7, 2025, a week ahead of the standard edition, which will drop on March 14.
